This is truly personal music.
Every song featured here—with the exception of Talking To God, a collaboration with Dyan Glover—was written, composed, and produced by me.
For years, I relied on stock audio services like AudioBlocks (now Storyblocks Audio) for my drone and photography videos. Over time, finding background music that truly matched the specific mood and emotion of my footage became a challenge. That led me to explore custom music creation. I started with a basic production program to build unique background tracks and soon upgraded to the professional version. This gave me full creative control over the melodies and allowed me to write my own lyrics. Combining these custom compositions with biblically inspired themes yielded a personal collection of Christian devotional music.
Encouraged by the positive response from friends, I decided to distribute my music through UnitedMasters. On August 12, 2025, my first four tracks debuted across more than 50 platforms, including Spotify, Pandora, and YouTube, with more releases on the way. I guess there must be a few other people out there who are listening to my songs, as I have over 50 songs out there with over 15 million streams now on YouTube alone.

Gregorian Reflections was released on August 11th, 2026. On this album, I tried several new styles and ideas simultaneously. I've always enjoyed Gregorian chants and wanted to experiment with that style. I also liked the use of an antiphon in music. An antiphon is a short sentence or verse—usually from Scripture or the Psalms—sung or recited as a refrain during Christian liturgical services like the Mass or the Liturgy of the Hours. The word comes from Greek roots meaning "opposite voice," reflecting its traditional performance style where two groups sing in alternating call-and-response.
I wanted to use an antiphon to let the listener hear a Bible verse in it's original language, in this case Koine Greek, and then hear the English translation. The translation is tricky, as some words don't have exact English equivalents, so I cheated and used one of the common translations of today. This was a new direction for me, and I let several friends sample my songs to see how they would be received. To my great surprise, everyone seemed to love them. So take a test flight and hear and take a listen to the Gospel as it sounded 2000 years ago!

Welcome to He Must Become Greater (The 330 Church Song). This album was released as a single on July 7th, 2026. I wrote this song for my dearly loved local church. At the heart of our community is a simple but powerful truth: “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30). We exist to make much of Jesus in everything we do, from our Sunday worship to our everyday lives.
We are a family of imperfect people who have been transformed by God's grace. Our deepest desire is to know Him, love others sincerely, and serve our community faithfully. Whether you've grown up in the church or are just starting to explore what faith is all about, you belong here.
Our prayer is that when you walk through our doors, you won't just find friendly faces—you will encounter the very presence of God. We aren't here to build our own name; we are here to lift up His.
The Way, was released on June 10th, 2026. In the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Bible, "The Way" (Greek: hodos) refers primarily to the early Christian movement and the person of Jesus Christ. It signifies both a theological truth and a practical lifestyle adopted by the first believers.
This album has 7 songs with a range of styles, from country/folk/pop to a second orchestral version of the title song. Two songs have a touch of banjo, paying homage to my Appalachian roots in West Virginia. While the title song, The Way, is the most popular on the album on YouTube, my personal favorite is: Mount of Olives: The Ascension.
The Road to Emmaus touches on a story rarely told in song. The Road to Emmaus covers Luke 24:13-22, using the ESV as my primary inspiration for the lyrics.
Holy, Holy, Holy was released on Apr 29, 2026. The title song on this album is a little different from what I usually do. I had wanted to write a song about the moment when Isaiah is brought into God's throne room for a little while. (Isaiah 6: 1-8) One night, sometime after midnight, this song popped into my head as a Gregorian-style chant. I had never written a song in this style before, but it came together at lightning speed, and I had it pretty much finished in only part of one evening. I sent a rough draft of the song to my friend Jim Walters, and literally in just a few minutes, his input helped me put the finishing touches on it.
Tracking on YouTube shows the two songs, Jesus in My Heart and The Narrow Gate, as the streaming leaders of the five songs on this album. My personal favorite song on this album, though, is: Not My Will, But Yours Be Done (A Follower’s Prayer)
Released on May 24th, 2026, the title song of this album, The Passion, tells the story of Passion Week (Holy Week) using the ESV Bible, specifically curated for a new Christian. The Passion Week covers the final week of Jesus' life on earth before his resurrection. For a new believer, this is the most critical part of the Bible because it explains how Jesus saved us.
The other 4 songs are Fruits of the Spirit, Act Like Men, Isaiah Spoke, and The Word, The Way, and The Life. The each bring to life their respective stories as a song, or more aptly, a short musical sermon. A short trip through Galatians Chapter 5. Paul's advice in 1st Corinthians 16. Isaiah 9's is a famous message of hope and light for a gloomy nation, delivering the well-known prophecy of a promised child who will rule with peace. Or a musical reflection on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ as depicted in the Gospel of John.
There are moments in the cockpit when the runway is clear, the instruments are alive, and yet the hardest part is still releasing the brakes. Released as a single on March 11th, 2026, When Faith Takes Flight was born from that familiar tension: the space between knowing it is time to move and finding the courage to trust God with the next moment.
Writing When Faith Takes Flight was one of those rare creative experiences when melody, message, and meaning seemed to arrive together. The song grew from a deep appreciation for my friend Jim Walters and his book of the same name. Written as a flight manual, Jim's book has become a flight manual for knowing Christ and spreading your wings into Christianity! His words stirred a simple but powerful truth: faith is not passive. It moves. It responds. It rises above fear through trust in the One who sees the entire journey.
The Great I Am was released on February 19, 2026 and references several of the "I Am" declarations found in the New Testament, including "the bread of life", "the light of the world", "the door", "the good shepherd", and "the true vine". Loaves and Fishes tells the biblical story of Jesus feeding a crowd of 5,000, and this event is recorded in all four Gospels (Matthew 14, Mark 6, Luke 9, John 6).
Faith is a musical reflection on the nature and importance of faith, drawing heavily from biblical narratives and teachings. The song From Paul to Saul is my personal favorite on this album. It is a musical narration of the biblical transformation of Saul of Tarsus into the Apostle Paul. The story follows his journey from a persecutor of Christians to a devoted servant of Jesus. Malachi brings to life the last book of the Old Testament and the beginning of God's 400 years of silence before the arrival of John the Baptist.
Back in January 2026, I was watching one of Jim Walters sermons online one day, and it was on the many names of God found in the Bible. Not only was the sermon a particularly excellent one, I just couldn't get it out of my head that there was a song hiding in there waiting to be found. I called Jim and asked him if he had any notes I could use to try and turn the sermon into a song. I think Jim thought I was nuts. He later emailed some, what he had called his chicken scratch notes in a file. Jim's email simply said:

Well, I have a Bible, and I'm not afraid to use it. I released, The Names of God, as a single on January 27, 2026.
Songs come to me in a variety of ways. A church sermon I hear, while reading the Bible, or while researching for a presentation, but many times they have come to me at about 2 or 3 AM as a simple concept or idea that I quickly make a note of on my phone. This Album is one such example. I released Transfiguration on January 7th 2026 after visiting my Dad in West Virginia over Christmas 2025.
My favorite song on this album is Pentecostal Flame, but I really like all 5 of the songs. They came to me as middle-of-the-night ideas that felt like they were planted in my head. I spent my days arranging relevant verses into the outlines that became the basis for my lyrics. I usually write my lyrics first, then compose the music around them. To me, It's almost like the lyrics are the present and music is the wrapping paper. The other songs on this album are The Last Day, The Third Day, and The Five Hundred.
I've had several folks ask me to write a Christmas song, and in November 2025 I started writing The Christmas Miracle. I wanted this song to be a Biblical narrative that tells the story of the Nativity as completely as possible. I chose to follow the biblical account of the birth of Jesus as written in the Gospel of Luke as my guide.
I started with the Annunciation, then Joseph's Dream. I mention the prophecy of John the Baptist, son of Zachariah and Elizabeth, who would prepare the way for the Savior. The Journey to Bethlehem: Upon finding no room elsewhere, the Savior is born in a humble stable. The Shepherds in the fields being visited by angels and traveling to the stable to witness the "Christmas miracle". Concluding with a reflection on how this story continues to offer grace and salvation today. Christmas Miracle was released on December 3rd, 2025 as a single.
Bible Ballads was released on November 13th, 2025, and was my second album devoted to telling Bible stories through song. The five songs/stories are The Samaritan, Lions Den, Jonah's Journey, The Four Movements, and Handwriting on the Wall. I love all the songs on Bible Ballads, but The Samaritan brings a special smile to my face. Jesus had called out the Scribes and Pharisees as hypocrites, and I was trying to find a way to work the word into the lyrics. Well, it ended up in the chorus!
A pastor friend of mine, who really likes the story side of my songs, is always calling them mini Sermons. One day he jokingly mentioned that I should do one song on the entire Bible. Challenge accepted... The Four Movements is that very song. The Four Movements presents a musical narrative exploring the biblical timeline of humanity through four distinct stages of faith and history. (Creation, The Fall, The Covenant/Redemption, and Restoration)
Heavenly Stories was my first album where I really tried to turn Biblical stories into songs. Ruth's Journey, tells the biblical story of Ruth and Naomi through a musical narrative. It follows their path from tragedy to redemption. Holy Ground tells the biblical story of Moses and his encounter with God at the burning bush. It highlights his journey from a shepherd to a chosen leader tasked with guiding his people out of their plight. Divine Love explores themes of God's sacrificial love, the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, and the call for believers to live out their faith through service and love for others.
Stone Cutters Tale, while not a Bible story, originated from a sermon I heard at a small church in West Virginia about three stonecutters, illustrating the difference between happiness—which is described as fleeting—and joy, which is portrayed as deep and eternal through one's connection with God. Talking To God is a poem written by Dyan Glover. Dyan's brother, Mike, was one of my best friends. Dyan's poem is a deeply personal and reflective song about her private relationship with God. Throughout the track, she describes their communication as intimate, often taking place during quiet moments. After Mike's passing in 2023, Dyan asked to compose a score to turn her poem into a song, and we placed it on Heavenly Stories.
Heaven's Embrace was my first album. Released on August 16th, 2025, the title song, Heaven's Embrace, was the one that started this whole adventure. I produced this song, and in " In the Stillness of the Night" before I had upgraded to the professional production program. The lyrics of these two songs are not so much written, but as guided by me.
With Heaven's Embrace, for example, I drew out an outline of lyrics for an uplifting reflection on faith, spiritual comfort, and the promise of eternal life. I listed relevant Bible verses I wanted used, and then the system produced the lyrics, which couldn't be edited. You could run the process over and over and get variations, but they still never felt natural. In any case, this album was a learning experience and is the one that my friends went crazy over and was the impetus for the jump from video background scores to actual Christian music!
The Word of Light, is my favorite song. It is a song that explores themes of creation, the divine word, and spiritual redemption. The lyrics follow a journey through the significance of Jesus Christ as the light of the world. Redemption and Grace: The bridge that starts at 2:50, regarding the "break of dawn," where Jesus asks Simon (Peter), "Do you love me?" for the third time. That verse still gets me; it blends awe, joy, and love so completely that the emotional chill is an epiphany for me. It is a direct reference to the account of the resurrected Jesus reinstating Peter in John 21:15-17.
I released Heavenly Echoes on August 27th, 2025. This album has two instrumental scores on it that I wasn't planning to release. Again, the few friends I let listen to them seemed to really enjoy them. They are both somewhat ethereal and very relaxing.
Heavenly Echoes, is an atmospheric, instrumental piece of electronic music. The song has a steady, rhythmic pulse and layered, ambient soundscapes that create a meditative or uplifting feel.
Divine Whisper is a meditative musical composition. This is characterized by ambient soundscapes and is punctuated by instrumental segments, creating a tranquil, reflective atmosphere.
The imagery and audio are designed to evoke a sense of peace, contemplation, and heavenly connection, consistent with the title Divine Whisper and Heavenly Echoes.
